PURPOSE: A fire-resistant coating composition is provided to be cured at a room temperature without a heat process, to suppress the generation of poisonous gas, and to ensure excellent durability, flexibility, water resistance and corrosion resistance. CONSTITUTION: A fire-resistant coating composition comprises a re-dispersible polymer 10~60 wt%, cross-linking agent 0.5~20 wt%, monomer 0.1~10 wt%, plasticizer 0.5~20 wt%, inorganic flame retardant 20~70 wt%, filler 0.5~20 wt% and thickening agent 0.1~20 wt%. The re-dispersible polymer is one or a copolymer resin containing at least two selected from polyvinyl acetate, polyvinyl acetate-versatic vinylester, poly(ethylene-vinyl acetate), polystyreneacrylic ester, polyacrylic ester, and polyacrylamide. |
