MESSAGE CONVERTING DEVICE FOR UNIFIED MONITORING OF INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE: A message converting device for unified monitoring of industrial equipment is provided to convert SECS-2 message and an OPC message transmitted between the industrial equipment and a server into an XML(eXtensible Markup Language) message type. CONSTITUTION: An SECS analyzer(31) extracts data included in a message by analyzing a head and data of an SECS-2(Semiconductor Equipment Communications Standard-2) message. An OPC converter(33) generates OPC(OLE for Process Control) protocol data. A data processor(35) extracts data matched with an element of self description(37). An XML converter(39) converts message data mapped on the element of the self description into an XML(eXtensible Markup Language) message type.
