PURPOSE: A preheater is provided to prevent heat gar from excessively increase of pressure loss. CONSTITUTION: A preheater comprises: a structure(5) of bridge shape formed at the upper side of fuel filling layer(4); a heat gar input(6) in which heat gas into the fuel layer; a heat output(7) from which the heat gas is discharged to the outside; and fuel discharging device(9) for discharging ingredient.
