PURPOSE: A cooker increasing the inside temperature of a cooking chamber to the target temperature in the target time is provided to arrange a heater to surround a centrifugal turbo fan and to emit the air to the heater from a fan. CONSTITUTION: A cooker increasing the inside temperature of a cooking chamber to the target temperature in the target time comprises a hot wind fan(20) and a heater. The hot wind fan circulates the hot air within a cooking chamber. The hot wind fan uses a centrifugal turbo fan. The centrifugal turbo fan has a rear shroud disc(23) and a front shroud disc(26). The heater surrounds the hot wind fan. The hot air is efficiently sprayed to the heater from the hot wind fan.
