PURPOSE: A continuous steam generator is provided to improve the quality of food by continuously supplying the steam to a steam container. CONSTITUTION: A first heat exchanger(12) is installed on a steam collecting vessel(11). The first heat exchanger preheats the water. A steam generating vessel(15) is separated from the steam collecting vessel. A second heat exchanger(17) is communicated with the first heat exchanger, and supplies the water to the steam generating vessel. A heating plate(14) is installed on the bottom surface of the steam generating vessel. Steam containers(T1,T2,T3,T4,T5,T6) are installed on the top of the steam generating vessel. A steam supply pipe(19) connects the steam generating vessel and the steam containers to be communicated each other. A hood is installed in the top of the steam containers.
