PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for measuring a module of a transmitter/receiver in a communication system are provided to easily check the operational characteristics and an input/output signal for each module by measuring each input/output signal of a transceiver. CONSTITUTION: A measurement device includes a detector, a MUX(Multiplexer)(227), a confirmation unit(231), an output unit(230), an input unit(229) and a generator(293). The detector detects an input/output signal of each module, and a checking unit receives a detection signal from the MUX. The checking unit checks over the operational characteristics of each module and the input/output signal. The generator generates a setting signal for checking the operational characteristics and the input/output signal depending on communication environment.
