PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a melted aluminum-plated stainless steel plate is provided to improve the appearance of a product through the spangle minimization by improving the forming property through the alloy layer formation inhibition. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a melted aluminum-plated stainless steel plate comprises the steps for pre-heating the stainless steel plate pre-processed by indirect heating in the heating temperature of 530°C and the oxygen content of 20ppm to generate the activated Fe-Cr complex acid layer, heating the activated Fe-Cr complex acid layer at the heating temperature less than 900°C, the hydrogen content more than 30%, and the dewpoint temperature of 35~-45°C to reduce the Fe-Cr complex acid material, annealing by cooling to 630~730°C in the condition keeping the hydrogen content of 20~40%, plating the annealed steel plate at the molten aluminum-plated plating of 600~700°C, and cooling the plated aluminum-plated steel plate to the temperature section less than 350°C at the cooling speed of 20~40°C/sec. The plating includes aluminum of 89~99% and silicon of 1~11%.
