POLYPROPYLENE RESIN COMPOSITE WITH IMPROVED MECHANICAL AND LESS AMOUNT OF VOLATILE ORGANIC COMPOUNDS

PURPOSE: A polypropylene resin composition is provided to ensure mechanical properties such as tensile strength, flexural strength, and impact strength, to reduce the generation amount of a volatile organic compound, and to secure good fire retardancy. CONSTITUTION: A polypropylene resin composition comprises a polypropylene compound 100.0 parts by weight, an inorganic filler 20-100.0 parts by weight, an adsorber 10-50 parts by weight, a lame retardant additive and antimony oxide mixture 10-40 parts by weight, a compatibilizer 1-15 parts by weight, and lubricant and stabilizer 0.5-5 parts by weight. The polypropylene mixture comprises 20-90 weight% polypropylene with 1-120 g/10min melt flow index(230°C/2.16kg) and 0.890-0.910 g/cm^3 density and 10-80 weight% elastomer containing an ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer with 15-80 centipoise mooney viscosity and 0.850-0.920 g/cm^3 density.
