A CORYNEBACTERIUM HAVING ENHANCED L-LYSINE PRODUCTIVITY AND A METHOD OF PRODUCING L-LYSINE USING THE CORYNEBACTERIUM

PURPOSE: A Corynebacterium sp. microorganism having improved lysine productivity is provided to reduce endogenous regulation activity of aspR gene and improve lysine productivity. CONSTITUTION: A Corynebacterium sp. microorganism having improved lysine productivity has aspR gene of which endogenous regulation activity is reduced. The aspR gene is a gene regulating activity of gene(lysC) encoding aspartate kinase and gene(dapA) encoding dihydrodipicolinate synthase. The aspR gene has a nucleotide sequence of sequence number 15. A recombinant vector is produced by introducing to the Corynebacterium glutamicum(KFCC10881). The Corynebacterium sp. microorganism having improved lysine productivity is Corynebacterium glutamicum KFCC-10881-aspR(KCCM 10953P).
