PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a rolled product using a heat treatment steel sheet and a rolled product manufactured by the same are provided to reduce the manufacturing cost by improving the productivity and reducing the investment cost because expensive press equipment and automation moving equipment are not necessary. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a rolled product using a heat treatment steel sheet comprises the steps for keeping for the predetermined time by heating a heat treatment steel sheet so that the austenite transformation completely occur(S10), rolling at the predetermined shape by putting the heated steel sheet into a rolling machine(S20), and rapidly cooling the rolled product so that the martensite transformation occur(S30). The heating is kept for 30 minutes at the temperature of Ar3. The rolling is started within 25 seconds is the maximum point cooled to 600 °C so that the steel sheet is no not cooled to the martensite transformation temperature. The cooling is executed at the cooling speed more than 27 °C/sec. |
