PURPOSE: A semiconductor integrated circuit having write controlling circuit is provided to easily secure the valid window of data by controlling the propagation delay time through the input data strobe delay signal of the common. CONSTITUTION: The input data strobe delay signal generator(150) generates the input data strobe delay signal in response to the test mode signal and data input strobe signal. The input data strobe delay signal generator comprises a plurality of delay units(152,154,156). The input data strobe delay signal generator controls the delay time of data input strobe signal in response to the test mode signal. The first delay unit comprises the unit delay(152 a) and combinational gate (NAND). The second delay unit comprises the unit delay(154 a) and combinational gate (NAND). The third delay unit comprises the unit delay(156 a) and combinational gate (NAND). |
