PURPOSE: An embedded streetlamp foundation and a streetlamp installation method using the same are provided to prevent a safety accident by burying a streetlamp post and a joint part of a streetlamp foundation. CONSTITUTION: An embedded streetlamp foundation comprises mortar guides(11), supports, fixtures(13), and bolts(14). The mortar guides are integrally formed along a border of the upper part of a streetlamp foundation(1). The supports are formed in a lattice shape inside of the streetlamp foundation. The fixtures are formed in a cylinder shape on the top edges of the supports. A spiral is formed along the inner surface of the fixture for fixing a plate(21) of a streetlamp post(2). The bolts coupled to the fixtures fix the plate. A waterproof layer is formed on the top surface of the streetlamp foundation and the inner surface of the mortar guides. A mortar layer is placed inner side of the waterproof layer.
