PURPOSE: A method for drying and carbonizing organic waste with high water content and a device thereof are provided to reduce effectively the quantity of organic wastes, and to use solid materials having the water content of 10% or less as solid fuel. CONSTITUTION: A device for drying and carbonizing organic waste with high water content includes the following: a reservoir(3) storing organic waste(2); a metering feeder(4) supplying the organic waste: a transfer unit(6) transferring the organic waste to a first drying device; an input unit(7); a first drying unit(5) drying the organic waste during the predetermined time; a second drying unit(8) drying the dried organic waste again; a first dust collecting unit(9) installed at an outlet of the first drying device; a carbonization unit(21) discharging the carbonized materials; hot wind generating furnaces; a first heat exchange(27) supplying waste heat to the first and the second drying unit; and a chimney(29) discharging the collected air. |
