PURPOSE: A luminous raincoat is provided to efficiently prevent traffic accident and all kinds of safety accidents in advance in cloudy day or in raining day by adding luminous materials when the raincoat is made by processes. CONSTITUTION: A luminous raincoat is made by adding fluorescent materials when the raincoat is made. When a user wears the luminous raincoat, a driver more easily recognizes the user wearing the raincoat. Thereby traffic accidents and all kinds of safety accidents which frequently occur in a rainy day or a cloudy weather are prevented. |
