PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a jade panel used for marble furniture is provided to improve a high quality look of the furniture by adhering the jade panel to a space part which is formed on the marble furniture. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a jade panel used for marble furniture includes the following steps of: processing the surface of natural jade; distinguishing the natural jade with colors and sizes; manufacturing a mold; covering the mold with the natural jade; drying resin on the mold for 2 ~ 3 hours at a temperature of 20-30°C; filling the natural jade in the mold; taking out the jade panel made with the natural jade and the resin; cutting the jade panel; sanding the natural jade with glue; applying clear lacquer paint on the panel; applying the clear lacquer paint again; and polishing the jade panel. |
