PURPOSE: A light-emitting display panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase the luminous efficiency regardless of driving voltage by forming plural micro lenses. CONSTITUTION: A thin film transistor is formed on a lower plate(101). A pixel electrode(124) is connected to a drain electrode(110) of a thin film transistor. A first electrode(130) is formed on a pixel electrode. An organic layer(132) comprises a light-emitting layer formed on the first electrode. The second electrode is formed on the organic layer. A lens forming layer(134) forms a plurality of micro lenses on an area corresponding to the light-emitting layer.
