PURPOSE: A method for transmitting of a packet data and a device thereof is provided to reduce the load of CPU by transmitting one confirm message to a plurality of packet data. CONSTITUTION: In a method for transmitting of a packet data and a device thereof, a transceiver(310) receives a plurality of packet data from a transmitter through a data channel. The transceiver transmits an acknowledgement message for transmitting a control message to the transmitter through dedicated channel. The controller(320) confirms an error of packet data. A confirmation message generator(330) generates the acknowledgement message including the error information of packet data. |
