PURPOSE: A filtration device is provided to repair a filter built in the device easily, and to filter liquid in poor conditions by fixing a recovery vessel and a sample vessel stably on the filtration device without a separate recovery vessel which is connected to a vacuum pump. CONSTITUTION: A filtration device includes a main body(310), a first coupling part(320), a second coupling part(330), a filter(350), a funnel(360), and a vacuum pump(370). The main body has a cylindrical form, and a female screw(311) is equipped on an inner circumference of the main body. A sample vessel(10) is fixed on the first coupling part. A male screw part(321) is equipped on an outer circumference of the bottom of the first coupling part. A rubber packing unit(323) is equipped on an inner circumference of the first coupling part.
