PURPOSE: A method and a mobile communication terminal for processing individual information are provided to detect a face element from a photographed image, thereby storing individual information corresponding to the face element. CONSTITUTION: A controller(120) identifies a face element from an output image. The controller shows identification marking of a face for the coordinates of the face element. The controller activates an individual information input menu corresponding to the face element. A storage unit(130) stores the input individual information within a data file of an image.
