PURPOSE: A roller for a fusing unit and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reinforce rigidity about the axial pressing force of the roller, thereby realizing superior rigidity of a product. CONSTITUTION: Reinforcing units(14) are formed along with the inner circumference of a pipe body(10). The reinforcing units are prepared at fixed intervals along with the circumferential direction of the pipe body. Additional reinforcing ribs are protruded. The protruded additional reinforcing ribs are orthogonal to the reinforcing units.
