PURPOSE: A fiber reinforced plastic and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the coherence of synthetic resin and fiber mat and improve productivity. CONSTITUTION: A fiber reinforced plastics(1) comprises followings. A plurality of fiber mats(10) are formed by combining a plurality of fiber yarns(4). A mat fastening sewing thread sews between the fiber mats laminated in the height direction. A synthetic resin(50) is combined with the fiber mat sewn with the mat fastening sewing thread and is cured in a fixed shape. A fiber yarn aggregate(20) is formed between the fiber mats and the fiber yarns are arranged in the fiber yarn aggregate. The fiber mat comprises a plurality of fiber wires(11) and a wire fastening sewing thread(15).
