PURPOSE: A multilayer board and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to contract a green sheet and a constrained layer in a plastic process by symmetrically arranging a constrained board and a LTCC(Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic) board in a vertical direction. CONSTITUTION: A multilayer board includes a constrained board(20) and an LTCC board(10). The constrained board and the LTCC board are symmetrically arranged based on the center(30) of a cross section of the multilayer board. A conductive film and a conductive via are formed on the LTCC board. The constrained layer for forming the constrained board includes a crystal nucleus. The green sheet for forming the LTCC board is made of the glass-ceramic material. The green sheet includes at least one of Al2O5, BaTiO5, TiO2, SiO2, ZrO2, and ZrSiO4 as a filter.
