THE ANTICANCER beta-1,3-GLUCANS OF SPARASSIS CRISPA FOR IMMUNITY INCREASE WHICH HAVE A COMBINATION ACTIVITY IN DECTIN-1 OF IMMUNITY CELL MEMBRANE

PURPOSE: A beta-1,3-glucans for immunity enhancement and anti-cancer are provided to promote NO, ROS, TNF, and IL-6 generation. CONSTITUTION: A beta-1,3-glucan for immunity enhancement and anti-cancer has binding activity of immunocyte membrane to a dectin-1. The beta-1,3-glucan is isolated from Sparassis crispa Wulf. A method for extracting beta-1,3-glucan comprises: a step of pulverizing Sparassis crispa Wulf. and adding minimal amount of distilled water for two hours to expand the powder; a step of mixing 20% of tungsten carbide to a nano pipe and emulsifying the mixture for 40 minutes; and a step of adding distilled water to the nanoparticles the extracting at 15-60°C.
