PURPOSE: An internet board in which a person can read a notice through a domain name is provided to obtain stable traffic continuously without respect to pass of time. CONSTITUTION: A notice reader inputs a domain to an address window(321). An inputted domain call is delivered to an operation server(322). The operation server interprets the delivered domain(323). Notice data related to the interpreted domain is called in a database(324). The operation server decides whether the called notice exists in the database(325). Notice contents are converted into a web document output form. In a computer of the reader, the converted notice is outputted(326). |
