CONSTITUTION: The solar glass block(10) comprises the solar panel, and the charge battery and block main body(11). The solar panel changes the solar energy to the electrical energy. The charge battery is charged through the solar panel. The block main body has the emitting device. The emitting device offers the light energy through the charge battery. In this case, the solar panel is arranged on the circuit board surrounded by the block main body. The circuit board(13) has the driver circuit operating the emitting device.
