PURPOSE: A multi-functional goggle is provided to react to a weather change and an emergency by having a radio communication function. CONSTITUTION: A frame(10) comprises a legs(12) and antenna(15). An auxiliary wire(20) is electrically connected to an end of the frame. An input unit(30) comprises a microphone on the frame and a button for operation(35). A power module(40) accepts a battery(42) inside the frame. An output unit comprises an earphone on the frame or a speaker(52) and a LED lamp(55). A controller is an external radio signal according to selection of the input unit.
