PURPOSE: A flat tube and a heat exchanger with the same are provided to break a partition unit forming refrigerant passages inside the flat tube. CONSTITUTION: A flat tube comprises a tube body(11) and multiple partitioning units(100). The tube body has multiple coolant flows(15). A plurality of partitioning units divides an internal space of the tube body. A plurality of partitioning units is extended from one side or the other side of the inner wall of the tube body. At least two among the multiple partitioning units have different length.
