PURPOSE: A centrifugal casting material is provided to maintain the stability of product and to increases the viscosity of a casting layer by using silica powder. CONSTITUTION: A centrifugal casting material comprises a step of adding bonging agent, diluents and small amount of surfactant into a casting material comprised of a first component system(23) and a second component system(27). The mixing ratio of the casting material, bonging agent, and diluents is 55: 2~3: 30~40. The first component system of the casting material includes silica(SiO2) of chamotte powder system and the content is 95 ~ 99 wt% range. The second component system of the casting material includes zircon(ZrO2), alumina(Al2O3), and ferric oxide(F2O3). And the total content is 0.001 ~ 1 wt%. |
