PURPOSE: A manufacturing device of a metal surface treating agent is provided to improve reaction stability, selectivity, and activity of the metal surface treating agent, and to guide correct and safe addition reaction. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing device of a metal surface treating agent includes an insulation vessel(10), an aging tank(17), an air supply unit(21), a thermal conductor, a driving unit, a heat and cooling unit(41), a circulation pump(42), and a closing and opening unit(43). The insulation vessel comprises a main body(11) and a cover(12). The main body and the cover are combined by a fastening unit(16). The cover has a detecting window(13). A detection sensor(18) is equipped on a side of the aging tank. A support stand(23) is installed at the top of the insulation vessel. The driving device includes a drive motor(40), a rotor(32), a power transmission method(33) and a rotor joint(35). |
