PURPOSE: An apparatus for preparing high concentration paste is provided to concentrate a large amount of paste raw material (wheat flour) while using a small amount of water compared with a conventional apparatus for preparing paste. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for preparing high concentration paste comprises a cylindrical cylinder(100) for preparing high concentration paste by supplying steam to glue raw materials; and a cooling device(200) for cooling hot paste prepared in the cylinder. The cylindrical cylinder is combined inside a cylinder body(110) with an outlet(111) at the rear lower side so that a corn-shaped spray guide unit(112a) and a shaft(112) with an impeller(112b). |
