OPTICAL FILM HAVING NON-SPHERICAL PARTICLES

PURPOSE: An optical film having scratch resistant and a non-spherical particle which offers static electricity resistance are provided to prevent damage and dust absorption in the transport and process by coating with resin with antistatic property and the high hardness. CONSTITUTION: A first surface of material(1) comprises a concavo-convex fine structure(2). A second back side comprises resin coating(3). The resin coating comprises non-spherical particle(4). The non-spherical particle has the aspect ratio of 1.8 range to the longest dimension of 1μm to 20μm. The resin coating has the thickness of 0.5μm to 10μm. The non-spherical particle is the polyacrylate resin.
