PURPOSE: A delineator with improved visibility is provided to move a reflective plate horizontally and back and forth, and measure the change in angle of the reflective plate accurately. CONSTITUTION: A delineator with improved visibility comprises a reflective plate(10), an angle adjustment member(20), a horizontal rotation angle control(30), and a longitudinal rotation angle control(50). The reflective plate installed on a guardrail or a median strip reflects headlights of a vehicle. One side of the angle adjustment member is fixed to the reflective plate, and the other side is fixed to the guardrail or the median strip. The angle adjustment member supports the reflective plate. The angle adjustment member is moved in a horizontal direction by the horizontal rotation angle control installed on the angle adjustment member of the reflective plate side. The horizontal rotation angle adjustment part is moved back and forth by the longitudinal rotation angle control installed on the angle adjustment member on the side of the median strip or guiderail.
