PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent compound is provided to ensure good luminous efficiency and lifetime compared with existing dopant materials and proper color coordinate, thereby preparing an organic light emitting diode with driving durability. CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescent compound has a structure represented by chemical formula 1. An organic light-emitting device comprises the organic electroluminescent compound. The organic electroluminescent compound comprises a first electrode, a second electrode, and at least one layer of organic material layer interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode.
