摘要

PURPOSE: A method for converting baicalin and wogonoside to aglucon using B-glucuronidase is provided to obtain baicalein and wogonin having high physiological activity. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing baicalein and wogonin comprises: a step of pulverizing a novel Lactobacillus brevis RO1(KFCC 11424P) through ultrasonic wave to obtain beta-glucuronidase; a step of massively expressing beta-glucuronidase through genetic engineering; a method for converting baicalin and wogonoside using beta-glucuronidase to prepare baicalein and wogonin; and a step of measuring conversion effect through high speed liquid chromatography.
