PURPOSE: A surgical suture device is provided to improve safety and reliability for a patient by accurately approaching to the patient's sealed part and enabling minute surgical suture operation. CONSTITUTION: A needle unit(10) has a suspending part(12) and is infiltrated into a patient. A guide unit(20) guides the infiltration of the needle unit. A guide body(30) is formed inside a pair of guide holes. The needle unit comprises a sharp end(15) and a rotating member(17). The rotating member is placed on the other end of a needle unit. The suspending unit has a needle nose.
