MIXED MEDICINAL HERB EXTRACTS HAVING ANTI-INFLAMMATORY ACTIVITY AND COSMETIC COMPOSITION CONTAINING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing medicinal herb mixture is provided to ensure anti-inflammation and anti-oxidation. CONSTITUTION: A medicinal herb mixture contains 20-25 weight% of Forsythia Fruit, 15-18 weight% of Cimicifugae Rhizoma, 15-18 weight% of Puerariae Radix, 15-18 weight% of Platycodi Radix, 15-18 weight% of Glycyrrhizae Radix, and 10-13 weight% of Paeonia Radix. The medicinal herb extract contain actin, arctigenin and matairesinol as an active ingredient for anti-inflammation. The active ingredient contains 2.5-5.4 weight% of actin, 4-5 weight% of arctigenin, and 4.8-7 weight% of matairesinol. The cosmetic composition is used in the form of essence, oil, cream, powder, pack, foundation, makeup base, or stick.
