PURPOSE: An optical fiber cable is provided to prevent a whitening event which is generated in a buffer tube. CONSTITUTION: An optical fiber unit(22) comprises more than one coated fibers(21). More than one buffer tubes(23) surrounds the optical fiber unit. The cis-(24) forms the outer cover while covering the outside at least more than one buffer tube. The buffer tube is formed with a thermoplastic polyester elastomer. An optical fiber cable includes a central strength component(27) having a pull strength. The optical fiber cable comprises a metal jacket(25) in the lower part inside cis.
