PURPOSE: An agricultural pipe connector and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to produce finished products by a series of automation systems without additional processes, and to fix and combined the connector to a connection part. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an agricultural pipe connector includes the following steps of: cutting a metal plate(11) to a fixed shape; forming a boundary protrusion part by punching the metal plate; cutting both ends of the plate; making an O-shaped end of the metal plate by pressing a side of the metal plate; and cutting both ends of the plate to separate the pipe connector in a successive transfer line. A waveform groove is arranged on either end of the connector. |
