PURPOSE: A paper charnel pot which is coated with loess and hemp cloth layer and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maintain specific temperature and humidity by coating the pot with the loess and hemp cloth. CONSTITUTION: An outer container(4) includes an outside body(2) and an outside lid(3). The outside body is tubular shape and the top is open. The outside lid opens and closes the opened top of the outside body. An inner container(7) is accepted to the inner side of the outer container. The inner container includes an inside body(5) and an inner lid(6). The inside body of the cylindrical form in which the top is opened keeps bone ash. The inner lid opens and closes the opened top of the inside body. A filling material(8) is filled between the inside body and outside body.
