GRADIENT MEASURING METHOD FOR TEXTILE STRAIGHTENER

PURPOSE: A gradient measuring method for a textile straightener is provided to measure the gradient of textiles by measuring correctly inclined angles of the textiles, and to improve effectiveness by detecting curved angles of warp. CONSTITUTION: A gradient measuring method for a textile straightener includes a preliminary processing step and a processing step. The preliminary processing step includes a step for converting sample images through a multi-slash holding process, and a step for extracting a plurality of sample patterns in binarized sample images. The processing step includes a step for acquiring inspection images, a step for converting detection images through histogram analysis and the multi-slash holding process, a step for extracting the detection patterns in the binarized sample images, and a step for measuring the gradient of the detection patterns.
