PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to replace a glass substrate which a polarizing film, thereby reducing weight and thickness. CONSTITUTION: A thin film transistor is arranged in the inner side of a substrate(100). Color filter layers(120a,120b,120c) are arranged on the thin film transistor. A pixel electrode(134) is arranged on the color filter layer. A common electrode(135) is arranged on the color filter layer. A polarizing film(200) is spaced from the substrate and bonded by sealant(300). A liquid crystal layer is interposed between the substrate and the polarizing film. An anti-glare layer is arranged in the outer surface of a base film. |
