PURPOSE: A dispenser for a die bonding is provided to improve productivity and quality by automatically cleaning a needle of a dispenser accurately. CONSTITUTION: A dispenser for a die bonding includes a syringe storing an adhesive, and it also includes a needle which is formed at the end of syringe and the adhesive is sprayed through the needle. The apparatus more includes a cleaning unit(140) removing the adhesive remnant left on the needle. The cleaning unit includes a body(142), an insertion hole(142a), and nozzle. The insertion hole is recessed in the body and the nozzle sprays high pressure air.
