A destination candidate extracting section 152 extracts a pixel from a plurality of pixels included in the two images, as a destination candidate pixel, when the luminance value of the pixel is increased. A source candidate extracting section 151 extracts a pixel from the plurality of pixels included in the two images, as a source candidate pixel, when the luminance value of the pixel is decreased. A target extracting section 153 extracts the destination candidate pixel as a target pixel, when the destination candidate pixel is paired with the source candidate pixel.
