A backplate electrode (3) is arranged concentrically and encloses the wall in an axial direction, such that the electrode, tube and the backplate electrode form a structure, and are coaxial and concentric in a cross section, with an open front side. An auxiliary electrode (6) is spaced from a receiver (7), where a side of the receiver is turned away from a front side opening of the tube.
