PURPOSE: A powder injecting apparatus of a medicine packaging machine is provided to reduce the total volume of the medicine packing machine and to improve the efficiency of packaging process. CONSTITUTION: A powder injecting apparatus of a medicine packaging machine comprises a plurality of powder holders(30) having an accommodation space for accommodating powder per a dose; a transfer unit(40) mounting the plurality of powder holders continuously and rotation transferring it up and down; and a switching unit switching the powder holder. The powder holder is rotation transferred up and down by the transfer unit so as to turn over the powder holder in turn, thereby falling the powder per a dose and packaging it.
