PURPOSE: An evaporator manufacturing method for a loop heat pipe system is provided to increase the value of contact conductance by improving the combination state between a heating plate and a metal sinter wick. CONSTITUTION: An evaporator manufacturing method for a loop heat pipe system comprises following steps. A groove is formed on one side of a heating plate in a groove shape of a fan line(S1). Groove filler including solid materials is charged in the groove of the heating plate(S2). A jig is installed on one side of the heating plate in which groove is formed(S3). A space formed between the one side and the jig of the heating plate(S4). A porous sintering wick is formed by heating the metal power(S5).
