The panels are moulded load bearing panels used for prefabricated housing panels and are produced with less labour, lower use of energy and material and have a stronger foam/plastic bond. A glass fibre panel with only one side impregnated with bonding resin is placed on the internal mould surface with the impregnated side. The foam mixture is then introduced into the mould and foamed, when the non impregnated glass fibre interlock with the foam and produce a strong bond with the rest of the layer.
