The device (1) has a housing part (2), and a shell (6) provided with a cover (11) and guided into the housing part. A spring element is pre-stressed in an insertion condition, in which the shell with the cover is inserted into the housing part. A holding device (22) holds the cover of the shell in the inserted condition, where the spring element moves the cover of the shell during actuation of the holding device for releasing the cover. The shell exhibits a base body (10) such that the cover is indirectly connected with the base body.
