PURPOSE: A cooling circuit of a heating element in an indexing device for a machine tool is provided to reduce piping failure and to secure arrangement space from cooling fluid source to each port easily. CONSTITUTION: A cooling circuit of a heating element in an indexing device for a machine tool comprises a fluid supply path(21) with a supply port(21a) for supplying cooling fluid to a cooling path for the uppermost heating element, an intermediate path(23) which connects the discharge side of a cooling path(22) for an upper heating element and the supply side of a cooling path for a lower heating element, and a fluid discharge path(25) with a discharge port(25a) for discharging the cooling fluid provided from a cooling path for the lower most heating element.
