PURPOSE: A light emitting device is provide to prevent yellowing of the resin by minimizing a contact area between the paste material and the resin. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting device includes a body(110), a first electrode(132), a second electrode(134), a paste material(140), and a light emitting device(120). A cavity(115) is formed in an upper side of a body by etching or punching. The first and second electrodes are arranged in the body. A paste groove(136) is formed in a die bonding region of a first electrode. The paste material is arranged in the paste groove and includes at least one of an inorganic filler and a thermal conductive material. The light emitting device is die-bonded in the paste material.
